Observations:

This will has many pages of supporting documents. Depositions from all the witnesses provide 9 pages of difficult to read material but there does seem to have been a suggestion from some witnesses that David Howell, the servant, was left 100/- rather than the 20/- written in the will itself . There are a number of other memoranda and legal documents, some in Latin, as well as a bond with Rachel Prichard, widow, of Cwmyoy and David Price of Walterstone bound in surety of £40 together with a final accounting which shows that David Howell was paid 20/-. Includes a cover sheet; 17 sheets in all.
