Requests to be buried in the chancel of Clodock church but 'if there be not sufficient room then to the south side of the Cross near the grave of Henry Winston'.
Beneficiaries:
To the cathedral
church of St Davids , 6d.
To the vicar of Clodock, 2/- for forgotten tithes.
To wife, Catherine, all goods, cattle and chattels towards the payment of debts viz:
to Catherine Hughes of Llancillo Grossenny,
County Monmouth , spinster, £8
due by specialty without interest.
to Richard Scudamor of Raglan,
County Monmouth , £3 by specialty.
to Lewis William of 'Langattogge Olingod' County Monmouth', 20/-
to Walter Vaughan of Llancillo, 34/- or thereabouts.
to William Loome of Clodock, 50/-.
to John Hugh of Clodock, £3.
to John Scudamor of Llancillo, gent, 20/- due unto him for grass.
to William Norman of
Hereford , 23/6d
If his wife, Catherine refuses to fulfil his wishes within 2 months of his death and to discharge his funeral expenses, the will is to be declared null and void. In which case Thomas Delahay of Clodock, gent and Jenkin Scudamor of Llangua, gent are appointed to see the will proved, the debts paid and the funeral expenses settled.

The documents include a bond dated 18 October 1643 with bounden Catherine Scudamore of Clodock, widow and Lewis Williams of Llanbedoe, county Brecon , yeoman in a surety of £40.
