Beneficiaries: To sister, Martha Harries, £1.
To wife, Sybil all his household goods and estates and chattels provided she remain unmarried. In the event of her death or re-marriage his goods and chattels to go to his daughter Mary, or if she dies before the age of 16, one half to go to his brothers William and James Harries and Sister Martha equally. Also one half of his estate called Cae eithin to be distributed equally among the three.
His friend William Prichard with nephew, Walter Harries of 'St Michaelchurch' to be trustees.

Executors: wife, Sybil and daughter, Mary.
