Beneficiaries: To wife, Elizabeth, all real and personal estate called The Garn for life as long as she remains a widow. Should she remarry then she is to get £10 only and the estate to pass to son John subject to payment of legacies:
To sons, William and David, £100 each on their attaining the age of 21.
To daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Anne and Sarah, £50 each on their attaining the age of 24.
The legacies to be paid from 'what can be made of my stock and timber which are now growing upon my estate'
2. Codicil dated
3 July 1820
States that since making the will testator now has three more daughters Jane, Blanch and Sophia. This codicil provides for £50 each to be paid to them under similar conditions to the older daughters.

Executrix: wife, Elizabeth.

Signed by testator.

Witnesses to the will: Thomas Powles, John Powles and Mary Christopher.
Witnesses to the codicil: John Lewis and Blanch Watkins
