He requests to be buried within the parish church of Clodock
Beneficiaries:
To the cathedral
church of St Davids , 6d.
To reputed son, Harry, begotten on Christian Morgan, 41 head of sheep.
To reputed daughter, Margaret, also from Christian Morgan, 20 head of sheep.
To nieces, Mawd and Catherine, daughters of Charles Nichol, 4 wethers divided equally between them.
      
Executor: Reputed son Harry with Symon John as overseer..

No signature or mark on this copy ??? possibly the mark of a seal.

Witnesses: Symon John,
Elizabeth vch Wakkin [Watkin?], Dythgy vch Howell and Rees Ering cl.

Date of Probate: as bond.

2. Inventory:   
undated ; valued at £5  18s but comes to £5 17  0d. Appraisers: none listed.

 

 

Observations:

The documents include a Bond dated 7 March 1631 with bounden Christian Morgan of Clodock, spinster and John Antony Nichol of the same in a surety of £20..
  His Inventory is reproduced below with modern spelling.

On the reverse of the inventory is written:
            'Let this rest ------[undecipherable] the cowrt
becase the child'
This is signed but the signature is unreadable. The mention of child and the fact that the mother, Christian Morgan is cited in the bond seems to indicate that Harry was a minor.
