Beneficiaries:
To beloved wife, Elizabeth, all his freehold land in Craswall for her lifetime and after her death to Hugh Lewis, nephew, son of testator's brother Lewis.
To nephew, Richard Prees, £10 to be paid by Hugh Lewis in respect of the above premises.
To wife Elizabeth, 4 kine, which she is to chose out of the herd, also a 2 year old bull and 2 yearling beasts.
To Howell Ychan, £30 'which are upon certain lands mortgaged by Howell Ychan'.
To niece, Margaret Prees, £20 'likewise upon the said lands'. [The Ychan lands]
To sister, Johan, £10 'likewise upon the said lands'. If Howell Ychan does not pay the Legacies to Margaret and Johan, then the testator passes all his right title and interest in the said lands to Margaret and Johan 'to be by them enjoyed'. But if Howell Ychan, his executors and administrators do pay up then after the payment the lands are to be and 'inure' [?] to Howell Ychan freely and absolutely.
To niece, Mary Prees, £20 which are in the hands of John Rogers plus a further £10.

To niece, Margaret Prees, one coffer and 3 pair of sheets, one bolster, one coverlid and a brass pan..
To wife, Elizabeth, all the boards and boucks [baskets] one cupboard, one coffer, one stool, to be enjoyed by her during her lifetime and then to pass to nephew Hugh Lewis.
Also to Elizabeth, all the beds, sheets and other bed furniture , 'all brass and pewter household stuff and all implements of household (except what is in particular bequeathed)' for her lifetime and then one half of the implements of household are to pass to Howell Ychan and the rest to be bequeathed to whom Elizabeth pleases in her will.
To sister, Jane, 2 bushells of barley and a pair of harrows which are to be shared with
No wood is to be taken out of the estate to be used elsewhere
To his executors , all the rest of his goods, cattle and chattels whatsoever unbequeathed. .

Observation
The documents include a bond dated 1 July 1652 with bounden Elizabeth Harry of Clodock, widow and Howell Ychan of the same, gent and James Goode [?] of Peterchurch, gent in a surety of £200.This bond is unusual as it has a third person bound.
