Beneficiaries: To his eldest daughter, Sara, the half part of the house and 20/- in the custody of his sister Elizabeth. And house room with her to her three other sisters as long as they remain unmarried.
To daughters Mary, 'elylisabeth'[?] and Abia 20/- and 2 sheep and a pewter dish each.

Executrix: wife, Jane Treharn with Lewis James and John Watkin as overseers..

Witnesses: Lewis James and John Watkin.

2. Inventory: 20[?] April 1671 value £2 17 4d. Appraisers Lewis James, Howell Morgan, John Watkin and Stephen Watkin.

 

 

Observations:

Includes a bond dated 1 May 1671 appointing Jane Treharn as administrator with a separate coversheet. The will's handwriting is difficult to decipher. 4 sheets in all.
