Description
1. Will dated 13 May1793
All debts and funeral expenses to be paid and all legacies to be paid by the executors from Bonds and Notes due.
Beneficiaries:
To wife, Jane Titley, the interest on £400 to be paid by son, Isaak for her lifetime.
To son, Isaak, £100 and £50 after his mother's death.
Between the four sons of Isaak, £50.
To son, Abraham, £40.
To daughter, Margaret Elis, £60.
To Thomas Thomas' two children, £10 a piece.
To John Gilbert's two daughters, £10 a piece.
To son, Benjamin's daughter, £10.
To Thomas Titley, nephew, £10 and for his two sons, £5 each with £10 for his daughter, Margarett.
All these legacies to be paid on the death of the testator's wife.
