1. Will 20 April 1661 .
He requests to be buried in the parish
church of Dulas .
Beneficiaries:
To John Morgan, son and heir to nephew, Sir Thomas Morgan, all goods cattle, chattels and household stuff together with all corn and grain growing and in the house and barn. Provided that John Morgan and the executor permit Mabel, the testator's wife the use and benefit of it all during her lifetime. Mabel is not to dispose of any item.

Executors: Sir Thomas Morgan, nephew.

Signed by testator.

Will delivered to Hugh George [presumably for safekeeping]

Witnesses: Oliver Madock, John Jones, Watkin James and Hugh George.

Observations:

As this is taken from a copy of the will deposited at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury there are no supporting documents.
The parish
church of Dulas mentioned above would not be the current church which is a Victorian building erected when the owner of Dulas Court had the church moved to its present site.
