To Rees William, father, £4 which is in the hands of Harry David of Llancilio Pertholy.
To sister, Bridgett Price, £20 who is to use the money to pay their parents, Catherine Herbert and Rees William, 40/- annually for the rest of their lives 'at the feast of The Purification of our blessed Ladie the virgin St Mary'. Bridgett to make secure arrangements to enable the payments to be made.

As this is taken from a copy of the will deposited at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury there are no supporting documents.
The Christian name of the testator is difficult to decipher which is why there are a number of possibilities shown. Even the godmother's name cannot be definitively deciphered though it seems likely that since the godmother was a Herbert, the testator was given the same Christian name, therefore we can speculate that the testator was a woman or girl.
