1. Will dated 7 December 1822
Beneficiaries:
To brother, Thomas Morgan, all the freehold estate called Trelandon in Longtown, now in the occupation of Edward Farr or his undertenant, in trust to receive the rents and profits during his life and to pay out of the rents to sister, Hannah Williams, £20 a year for life,
biannually, at Christmas and Midsummer.
And paying to sisters, Mary Prosser and Elizabeth Lillwall, £150 each.
Also to sister, Hannah, £200.
To brother, Henry Morgan, £50.
The residue of her estate after the death of brother, Thomas and sister, Hannah Williams, if neither of them have children to inherit is to be divided between sisters Mary prosser and Elizabeth Lillwall and their children.
Executor: Brother, Thomas Morgan.

Observations
As this is taken from a copy of the will deposited at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury there are no supporting documents.
.A note on the second page states: 'On the 27 May 1842 Admon (with will annexed) of the goods chattels and credits of Joan Morgan late of the parish of Clodock in the County of Hereford Spinster deceased left unadministered by Thomas Morgan deceased, whilst living, brother of the said Deceased, and the sole executor named in the said will, was granted to Hannah Williams, wife of Richard Williams , the sister of the said deceased and the Residuary Legatee for life named in the said will, having been first sworn (by Commission) duly to administer. The said executor having died intestate and Mary Prosser (wife of David Prosser) and Elizabeth Lillwall, widow, sisters of the said deceased having consented by Acts of Court, appears ( by Motion and decree)'.
