To son, John Prosser, my biggest cauldron.
To daughter, Elizabeth Prosser, best brass pot and second best brass pan.
To daughter Sibil, best brass pan and second brass pot.
All the rest of the household stuff to be equally divided between Elizabeth and Sibil.
To son and heir, John and to daughters Elizabeth and Sibil, all the freehold lands, called Bradley, in Kenchurch towards their maintenance until John reaches 21.
To son, John, the lease of the close of 'Penny pke' [Pen y Parc] in Rowlestone 'being [?] in the possession of my brother Res Prosser'.
To son, John, £10 'which Thomas Jenkin Richard oweth me'.
To daughters Elizabeth and Sibil, '£20 that David Price oweth' to be equally divided between them along with all the rest of the money owed by specialty or without.
All the grain sown upon the farm, all cattle and implements of husbandry and all the rest of his goods unbequeathed to go towards the payment of rents, debts and funeral expenses and any other charges. Any surplus to be divided between the two daughters.
Executor: brother, Rees Prosser, who is also to be guardian and tutor to the 3 children. Brother in law John Watkin Jenkin and Roger Jenkins to be overseers
