Beneficiaries:
To the church of Bacton, 'where my will is to be buried', 2/-
To Margaret Harry Evan, his house at Middle Mescoid with 'all table and sawed boards, bedsteads, shelves and fuel whatsoever that lies on the premises'; with all timber to John Lewis Phillipps.
To Walter Prichard, the son of Margaret Phillipp, 10/-.
To Walter son of Abraham Parry of Middle Mescoid, 10/-.
To Sibill, daughter of John Phillipp, 20/-.
To Margery, daughter of Thomas Gregg, 20/- and to her two sisters Elizabeth and Mary, 20/- each.
To Johan Gregg, late wife of Thomas Gregg, £20 'being in her hand upon security'.
Also To Johan Gregg, £50 on condition that ' she shall well and sufficiently maintain Ann, my daughter, during her life, paying her £4 a year for her maintenance.
£5 towards funeral expenses

Executrix: Johan Gregg, widow with Thomas Jennings the elder of
Newton and John Price of the same, overseers.
