Description:

1. Will dated 13 August 1772 .
To his wife, Sybil Prichard and her heirs 'lawfully begotten by a future husband, h is messuages in Clodock called The Upper and The Lower Brooks together with a messuage, tenement and stable etc in Longtown currently in possession of John Powell, tenant..
If Sybil has no heirs then she may dispose of the estate as she sees fit in her will.
Should she fail to make a will the whole lot is to pass to the testator's 'right heirs' [not specified]
Also to Sybil as residual legatee, all household goods, furniture, bedding, plate, linen, ready money, securities for money, implements of husbandry and stock in trade

Executrix: wife, Sybil Prichard.
