1. Will nuncupative 20 March 1616
'Memorandum That William John Thomas. Late of the parish of Cluddocke
in the Countie of Hereford and Diocesse of St Davids on or about the 20th day of March 1616 being then of sound and p'fect memory lying sick of the sickness whereof he dyed and having a purpose to make and declare his last will and Testament nuncupative spoke as followeth or to the effect: I doe leave all my lands and goods to my brother Henry John Thomas. And I will make noe other will. There being present and hearing [on] the premises divers and sundry credible witnesses' [not named]
