To his grandchildren, Harry and David Rees, 10/- each ??? this pound to come from eldest son Lewis Rees who owes his father this sum.
His sons and daughters to share the rest of his goods, cattle and chattels equally.

Observations:

The handwriting of this will is not very clear and although the testator's name Rees Lewis is clear enough the second name for Mary, Harry, David and Lewis looks more like Prees which has been taken for this transcription to be an error on the part of the writer.
The documents include a bond dated 'the last day of July 1638' with bounden Thomas Prees of Clodock [ should this not be Rees ?] of Clodock, yeoman and Agidir Price of the same place[status undecipherable] in a surety of £20
His inventory is reproduced below with modern spelling.
