Beneficiaries:  All my freehold estate part in the township of Craswall and part in the parish of Michaelchurch Eskley together with the cottage in Landvino unto my youngest son Samuel Evans, subject to payments of eleven pounds a year to my son Thomas Evans during the term of his natural life, to my son Gabriel Evans eleven pounds a year during the term of his natural life, ten pounds to Moses Morgan, five pounds to my daughter Susanah Parry, all implements and household goods to my son Gabriel Evans.
