Conveyance dated 2nd October 1950 from Clare Margaret Hunter to Thomas John Watkins of ‘all that messuage outbuildings and lands known as Rhuinsford Farm in the parish of Crasswall containing 22.485 acres.’ The conveyance also refers to a right of way over the roadway or track on the adjoining land through Dukes Farm and thence to the road and to rights to take water from Clare Hunter’s land.
