A piece of land called Kae Coch, of 10ac lying in Crasswall township, parish of Clodock co. Heref., tenanted by John Price (boundaries given)

For the lives of (2) aged about 63, Philip Davies the younger, only son of (20 agd about 36 and Thomas Coleman, son of Edward Coleman of Leominster, aged about 20.

Rent 2/6d with 5/- as a heriot on the alienation of the premises and with suit of court.
