(2) Delahay Symonds of the township of Crasswall, parish of Clodock, co. Heref., yeoman

Recityes surrender of lease dated 20 December 1733 whereby Rt Hon William, Ld Abergavenny demised to Thomas Perrot the property below for the lives of the said Thomas Perrot, Thomas Watham and Thomas Gilbert (only the last being still living)

A cottage barn and garden with 3 pieces of arable land of 2ac, 3 pieces of pasture land of 2ac and 2 pieces of meadow land of 2 ac (the last named being separated from the other two pieces by the road from Longtown to Hay) all lying in the township of Crasswall and in (1)'s manor of Ewas Lacy and in the occupation of (2) (boundaries given).

For the lives of (2) aged about 45, Henry Symonds aged about 10 and Hannah Symonds aged about 12, son and daughter of (2).

Rent 6/4d p.a. with 5/- as a heriot and 5/- on the alienation of the premises, (2) not being entitled to demise the premises without (1)'s permission
