A house, barne, gardens, orchards lands in the occupation of (2) and late in the occupation of Thomas Perrot, his uncle, in Forrest Heyne in Craswell hamlet.

For the lives of (2) , Thomas Nathan of Clayhunger, co. Heref., grandson of Thomas parrot, uncle of (2) and Thomas Gilbert, son of Job Gilbert, gent, of Craswell.

Rent 6/4d p.a. with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
