(2) Joseph Jones of Craswall, yeoman

A cottage with 23 acres of land and a decayed messuage with 11/2  acres of land in Forest Hene adjoining the 1st property and in the former occupation of the late James Hughes, with liberty to enclose 3 more from the forest waste...mining rights excepted.

For lives of (2), Benjamin Jones and Anne Jones, son and daughter of Malachi Jones of Forest Hene tanner.

Rent 14/- with 7/- as a heriot and suit of court at Ewyas Lacy manor court.

Witnesses: George Vaughan and Robert Harries

Endorsed: ‘Benjamin and Mary at Pensilvania, Joseph is living’ (19 June 1718).
