A house, gardens, orchard and 16 covers of land on old forest in the possession of (2).
For the lives of Hannah aged 19, David aged 16, and Joan aged 13, the son and daughters of (2).
Rent 8/4d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
Witnesses: John Wattam and Robert Mathew; Job Gilbert and John Gilbert.
