(2) William Miles of township of Crasswall, taylor

Two newly erected cottages and gardens with 2 acres of land in the possession of (2), and Ann Powell his mother -in-law on Forrest Hene (boundaries given).

For the lives of Elizabeth aged 40 wife of (2), Anne aged 15 and Elizabeth aged 9, their 2 daughters.

Rent 1/- pa with 2/6d as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: E Staples, Stephen Wicking; John Gilbert, Benedict Gilbert.

Endorsed:

Memo re livery of seisin by John Gilbert, 20 Mar 1752. Witness Thomas Jenkins and ?Benedict Gilbert.

Note of regrant to John Davies in 1790.

Re John Davies of Forrest Hean - property described being cottage and garden in possession of Elizabeth Miles, widow, and 2 closes of meadow and wood (boundaries given).

Addition to note:  lease to John Davies of par Llansillow, yeoman, for the lives of himself aged 28, John Jenkins, son of John Jenkins of Crasswall mason, aged about 14, and Elizabeth Miles aged about 80. John Davies paid Mr Kinsey £9/9/- fine on 15 Mar 1791.
