A dwelling house with buildings, gardens and 17 acres of land occupied by (2) lying on Forrest Hene and in the possession of (2) and John Jones, her nephew.

For the lives of Daniel Jones, sole surviving life in a surrendered lease, John Jones aged about 32, son of Samuel Jones and nephew of (2), and Hannah Watkins aged about 37, daughter of Thomas Watkins of Merdee in Clifford.

Rent 13/4d pa with 6/8 as a heriot and with suit of court.
