(2) Phillip David of par St Cloddock, yeoman
A close called Kae Cah lying in Crasswall of 15 covers (boundaries given).
For the lives of (2) aged 46, Johan his sister aged 40, and Philip his son aged 17.
Rent £12/12/6d for first year and 2/6d pa thereafter, with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
Witnesses: John Day and Robert Matthews.
