A rough close called Cae Coch of 15 covers in Crasswall township, tenanted by Phillip Parry (boundaries given).
For 99 years, if (2) aged about 31, and Francis Barrell aged about 15 son of John Barrell of par Clodock husbandman, or either of them shall so long live. The term to begin at the expiration of a lease granted by the Rt Hon William Lord Abergavenny to Phillip David, grandfather of (2) and dated 24 June, 1732.
Rent 2/6d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
