(2) Philip Davies of Leominster, collector of excise

Recites surrender of lease granted by William, Lord Abergavenny dec’d, to Philip David [sic] dec’d, father of (2) of the premises below.

Consideration: £21

A piece of land called Kae Coch of 10 acres lying in Crasswall, tenanted by John Price (boundaries given).

For the lives of (2) aged about 63, Philip Davies the younger, only son of (2), aged about 36, and Thomas Coleman, son of Edward Coleman of Leominster attorney, aged about 20.

Rent 2/6d pa with 5/- as a heriot on the alienation of the property and with suit of court.

Witnesses: R Morgan Kinsey and Ann Williams, servant to Mr Kinsey.

Endorsed:  Regranted to Rebecca Davies 25 Mar 1803.
