Beneficiaries: To his brother, John Thomas, one two year old bull, one two year old heifer, two cows, one young mare and eight wethers to be sold towards the maintenance of his children, Ialed, Samuel and Diria. 50/- to be retained to buy the son an apprenticeship and 30/- to be given to his youngest daughter, Hana.
To his son, Samuel, the cottage and lands where the testator is currently living, on the death of Sibile, his wife.
To his son, Daniell, a parcel of land in Craswall of about 2 acres with a house near [?] the 'Brooke called monway [Monow] of the one side' and on the other 'sid to a Comine caled forest Ien [Forest Hene]'. If Daniell dies without heirs then the property to pass to his two daughters Diria and Hana. [there follows a further contingency].
If his wife remarries he leaves all his goods and chattels 'and all other household stuff' to be divided between his children, with only one bed to his wife.
 
Executor: his brother, John Thomas with father in law, John Roberts as overseer.

Observations:

Documents include a bond appointing John Thomas as administrator of the estate. The curious spelling of words [reflected above] made this will difficult to read. 5 documents in all.
