Beneficiaries: To his brother, John Gilbert, his part of the house and land known as White Haywood in Craswall and all his other property and personal estate, subject, at his brother's death, to the payment of £2 p.a. to the testator's niece, Hannah Gilbert for the benefit of Mary and Ellen Gilbert, 'during the time of ten years'.
Out of his landed estate, £50 for the children of his sister, Mary, to be shared equally between them.
To his brother, John, all his leasehold estate known as Lloyds Lands in Craswall and his mortgage on a cottage and land at Newton to be divided, at his brother's discretion, between the testator's sister Elizabeth's children.
Brother, John is also to have all his leasehold estate known as
Noah Griffiths Land , and after John's death it is to go to the niece, Hannah Gilbert and then her daughter Mary.
