Beneficiaries: To his niece, Mary Price, wife of Richard Price, his messuage, water corn and tuck mills and land in Craswall which he purchased from James Goode, William Parry and James Parry his son. If Mary dies before her husband then their son, John is to have it [some complex conditions follow]. John is to pay, on inheriting, £40 to his sister Ann Price and £30 each to his other sisters, Katherine and Mary. John Price is to have two table boards and a bedstead to remain as Standards in the messuage.
Richard Price to be residual legatee provided he pays the following legacies:
To Blanch Edwards, the testator's niece and wife of John Edwards, £10.
To James Edwards, the son and nephew, [amount missing].
To Katherine and Mary, daughters of Blanch by her former husband, £5 each.

Executor: Richard Price.

Observations:

Richard Reece, the witness was at that time and for many years thereafter, the vicar of Clodock. In this instance it is amusing to see that a warming pan was included with the feather bed and bedstead in the inventory. 5 documents in all.
