Beneficiaries: His leasehold messuage and land held of 'the Lord Bergavenny', to his wife Martha and, if the lease is unexpired at her death, it is to go to his nephew, John Davies, provided he pays the following legacies:
To the sons and daughters of the testator's brother, John Davies, Henry, James, William, Samuel, Mary, and Ann, 40/- each.
To James, grandson of John Davies, 40/-
To Mary, daughter of Shem Watkins deceased, 40/-
To William and Mary, son and daughter of William Powell, £3 each and to the other sons John and Samuel.40/- each.
To John Morgan, his wife's nephew, 40/-
To William, Walter and Elizabeth, the sons and daughter of William Davies, his deceased brother, 40/- each.
To Edward Davies, his brother, £3.
Martha to be residual legatee.
