Beneficiaries: To John Gilbert, of Craswall, attorney at law, as trustee of the leasehold houses, cottages and lands held by lease from Lord Abergavenny and John Smyth Esq. during the term of lives. These to be sold and the money to be distributed as follows:
His debts and funeral costs to be paid
To Thomas and Mary, son and daughter of Francis Miles late of Craswall, £5 each.
To Isobel Miles, widow, £5 provided she remains unmarried; otherwise the money is to be divided equally between Thomas and Mary above.
To John Gilbert, £10 for his trouble.
£10 or any residue on the sale of the property to be invested and the interest to be distributed annually by John Gilbert or his heirs, 'on every Saturday next before Whitsunday for ever unto such of the poor of the township of Craswall that do not receive any weekly pay'. If the money from the sale does not reach £10, then, John Gilbert is to distribute the money among the poor of Craswall on the next Saturday before Whitsunday after the sale of the property
