Beneficiaries: To his wife, Anne, the house and lands [unnamed] where he lives together with household goods and stock, on condition she bequeaths £5 to his grandson Henry, on her death. Henry is to have one cow or a three year old heifer.
On his wife's death the property is to go to his son Erasmus Prosser.
His wife, Anne is also to have the house and land formerly the property of Thomas Miles and this, on her death, is to go to his son, Henry, 'during the lease'.
Furthermore his wife is to have the leasehold land held from Lord Abergavenny, which, after her death, is to go to his daughter, Anne.
On his wife's death, his daughter, Mary, is to have the 'Plow and one pair of Horse harrows'. His son, Henry, to have a pair of Wheels.
As residual legatee, his wife can distribute the household goods amongst her daughters as she thinks fit.
