Beneficiaries: To his wife, Anne, all his leasehold estate held from Lord Abergavenny and all the property of whatever tenure. If she remarries then the property goes to Hannah, daughter of his brother, Job Davis. He also leaves Hannah the interest on £40 until she is 18 when she is to receive the capital.
If Hannah dies before attaining 18 or she has no issue then the £40 to go to the children of his cousin Nathaniel Parry, late of Llanigon, the children of relation James Nicholas and the children of Thomas Lewis the elder of Llanveynoe,'share and share alike'
£10 is to be laid out at interest and distributed to the poor of Craswall 'that Do not Receive any Weekly pay on Saturday next before Easter'.
£10 to be given to the children of 'my cousin Nathaniel Parry'
£10 to the children of relation, James Nicholas of Olphon[Olchon]
£10 to the children of his friend, Thomas Lewis the elder.
