By an indenture of 8th and 9th July 1836 the testator states he sold all his property [ his farm was called Tyr John Gorath y Geach] including household furniture to his eldest son John Parry the younger, but retained the right to leave £100 in his will to whomsoever he wished. He now exercises that power.
To his daughter, Sybyl, wife of William Farr of Blackhill, Clodock, farmer. £50.
To his daughter Jane, wife of Lewis Lewis of Treleck Dee in Clodock, shepherd, £25.
To daughter Mary Parry, spinster, 'now a servant, residing in the neighbourhood of
Leominster ' £25.

Executors: his sons in law, William Farr and Lewis Lewis.

Signed by the testator.

Witnesses: James Gilbert, Craswall, and John Gilbert.
