Beneficiaries: To his wife, Margaret, the messuage in which he dwells, held by lease from Thomas Smith Esq. If is wife re-marries then the property is to go to his son, Rees Prosser upon his paying the legacies as follows:
To James Prosser, his eldest son, £5.
To Abraham Prosser, second son, £5.
To daughter, Sarah, £5.
To Abraham, also one two year old Heifer and to daughter Margaret, one brass pot.
His wife to be residual legatee and to dispose of his personal estate at her discretion to his three youngest children.

Executrix: His wife, Margaret.

Witnesses: Foster Rogers, William Prichard and John Watkin.
