To Sarah, his wife, his 'Housen and Lands' in Michaelchurch Escley and Craswall plus his goods and chattels. After her death or widowhood he leaves the houses and lands to John Davis, son of John Davis and the testator's sister Mary.

Executrix: his wife, Sarah.
