Beneficiaries: To Blanch Price, daughter of Hannah Price, deceased, his freehold 'messuage of land ' together with part of the dwelling house which he now lives in and which he bought of Thomas Jones, lying in the township of Craswall, subject to various payments. Blanch Price is also to have his leasehold property called Gorgy in Craswall for the term of the lease.
To sister in law, Ann, a bed, 4 chairs, one table, 5 pewter dishes and 8 pewter plates.
His chattels and livestock are to go to his executors for the payment of his debts, funeral expenses and expenses in proving the will or if it is insufficient then balance to taken from the estate. Any surplus to Blanch Price
Residual legatee to be Blanch Price. David Gilbert of Craswall to be a trustee until Blanch is 21 and he is to 'have a reasonable satisfaction for his Trubble'.
