To Martha and Hanna, daughters of his brother, Lewis Powell,£10 each, owed him by specialty from Thomas Delahay, gent.
To his brother James £10. To Thomas Powell, 'son of my brother, Lewis', £5, due by specialty from Walter Delahay, gent.
To his mother, one mare and one two year old Heifer.
To brother, Thomas, one cow and a 2 year old colt .
To his nephew, Seth Powell, one little filly.
To his brother James Powell, his house and lands in the parish of Kandliopertole[?] in Monmouthshire, on condition he pays the following legacies:
To the children of his brother Thomas Powell, Roger, John, Thomas Mary and Sara, £5 each.
To brother, Lewis, one bedstead, one press cupboard, one chest and one tableboard, always provided his mother can have the use of them during her lifetime.
To David Powell, son of his brother Thomas, 50/-, rent due to him out of the above mentioned land.
