Th the cathedral church of St Davids, 12d.[1/-]
To son and heir, Thomas Rogers, the copyhold lands which adjoin the 'freehold whereon I doe now dwell', which are held by a deed from Henry Neville, and Henry Baker dated 4 June 1638.
Also to Thomas, the best chair, the best table and the wain.
To son, John Rogers, £5.
To son, Richard Rogers, £5.
To son, Henry Rogers, £10.
To son, Phillip Rogers, £10.
To daughter, Sibill Rogers, £5 and a ewe.
To Thomas David, John David, Johan David, Mary David and Margeret David, the children of Thomas David Thomas John Lewis, £5 to be divided between them when they reach 21. If any of the children die before reaching 21 their legacy is to be divided between the survivors.
To godson, John Williams, 5/-.
To daughters, Anne, Sibill and Margaret Rogers, £80 to be divided equally between them; to be paid them by son Thomas within one year of the testator's death. If Thomas refuses to pay the £80, he is to forfeit the copyhold lands to the daughters.
'If any of my children happen to die wth out any will or testament that then the portion of the same may and to be equally divided amongst the rest wch shall be then allive'
