Beneficiaries: To his father and mother, John and Mary Symonds, all his cottage, messuage or tenement and lands held by lease granted by John Jeffreys Esq. late deceased. Also his cow and two calves, his mare together with his hay, grain and implements of husbandry
To David Johnson, 6 lambs to be chosen by himself
To his goddaughter [un-named], daughter of Philip Parry the younger of Craswall, yeoman, 6 yearling ewes
The executor's payment, debts and funeral expenses to be paid out of the sale or 'value' of some of his flock of sheep. The rest of the sheep to be divided equally between his 3 sisters, Mary, Phebe and Elizabeth.

Executor: Philip Parry who is to receive £4 for his trouble.
