Beneficiaries: To his daughter, Elizabeth Watkins, his freehold cottage 'and the old House and Meadow of Leasehold and the Gardens and plocks called the Yat ,or Gate, at the bottom of the Heven Hill in Craswall and the plock over the road in the parish of Michaelchurch Escley'.
Elisabeth is also left all the rest of his goods and chattels.
Executrix: his daughter, Elizabeth Watkins.
