Beneficiaries: To his son John Watkins, his freehold and copyhold messuages, subject to the payment of his just debts, testamentary expenses and legacies.
To his sons, James, William and David Watkins, £150 each
To his daughter, Ann, wife of William Probert, £150.
To his daughter, Elizabeth, wife of James Watkins, £150
To his son, Thomas Watkins, £300, but if he dies without issue then the sum is to be divided equally amongst the rest of the children; a similar provision to apply to the other sons.

Executor: his son, James Watkins

Signed by the testator.

Witnesses: John Delahay, Ann Delahay, Elizabeth Delahay, all of Abergavenny.
