Beneficiaries: To his second son, Henry and his daughter Rachel, the messuage called Blackhill containing 6 acres of Welsh measure in Craswall, in the occupation of David[?] Watkins his tenant and which he purchased from Lewis Gilbert, yeoman and Gilbert Gilbert. If his eldest son, John, pays Henry and Rachel £80 within the space of 10 years, then he is to have the messuage.

Executors: His wife, Katherine with son Henry and daughter Rachel.
