Beneficiaries: To her sons and daughter, David and John Jones and Margery Jones, jointly, her dwelling house and lands near the
village of Dorstone , now tenanted by William Barrell.
She bequeaths to David, her son, her right of redemption in certain leasehold lands and tenements now in the tenure of Thomas Perrot, as soon as the mortgage on it is discharged, on condition he pays John and Margery, 20/- each. David is also to have one box and a bedstead.
John and Margery to be residual legatees.

Executors: son and daughter, John and Margery Jones.

Marked by testator.

Witnesses: Thomas Myles, Mary Lewis and Thomas Price.

Observations:

The inventory gives some idea of how a small comfortable farmhouse of this time would be furnished, though there is nothing of any great value. The 'Two old wheels and two pair of cards' would be spinning equipment and 1/6d worth of wool was listed too. 4 documents in all.
