Beneficiaries: To his wife, Anne, the freehold estate purchased from James Powell 'Cleake'[clerk?]. On her death it is to pass to his eldest son Henry Symonds and his youngest son 'Delhay' Symonds, equally, on condition that they discharge all his debts.
Also to Henry and Delahay, equally, all the leasehold lands he holds by several leases from John Jeffrey Esq. together with his money, household stuff, implements and livestock. .
To his daughter,
