To eldest son, William Rees, 2 oxen, one cupboard, the bed and bedstead he uses and his furniture, one of the two year old bullocks, another bullock, 2 kine, 2 coffers and all the linen and woollen cloths [or possibly clothes] in them.
To son, William, a brass pot and a brass pan.
To grandchild, Margery John Prys, a little brass pan, a black cow and 'one yerly calf'
To daughter Jayne, 2 beds with their furniture with all pillows and pillow beers and a brass pot.
All the rest of the household stuff together with all the corn and grain in the hous and barn and growing as well as all provisions and victuals to be divided between son William and daughter Jayne but William is to have the boards, benches and the coffer in the solar.
To grandson, Howell Ychan, one coffer

The documents include a bond dated 20 march with bounden Howell Andrew [indecipherable] of Clodock yeoman in a surety of £200
