Beneficiaries: To his wife, Joan, all his leasehold premises and lands, as long as she remains a widow. Otherwise they are to go his son David, on condition that he pays his sisters, Hanah and Joan, £27 to be equally divided between them.
'Concerning the lower roome' in his house where his mother in law formerly dwelt, 'together with the pane of garden below the house' this is to be given to Hanah and Joan 'during their virginity'
