Beneficiaries: To Thomas Williams, natural son of Charles Williams by Mary his wife, all the messuage called Kilhorse in Craswall, also £20 lying as a mortgage on Ann Perrot's cottage on forest Heane and £25 lying as a mortgage on a piece of land called David Harris's 'plock'on forest Heane.
To Charles Williams, younger son of Charles Williams the elder by Mary his wife, his freehold messuage called Blackhill, which he recently purchased from Samuel Williams, in the township of Llanveynoe.
To Susannah Williams, daughter of Charles and Mary Williams, The Tump in Craswall as well as three fields in Llanveynoe recently purchased from Hanah Probert
To nephew, William Jones, son of David Jones, 5/-.
Charles Williams the elder and Mary his wife to be residual legatees and appointed guardians of the several legacies during the minority of the legatees
